Established 1939 and celebrating over 70 years of service to the coin collector
The Indianapolis Coin Club is a non-profit, educational organization founded in 1939 for the purpose of educating people of all ages about the coins and currency they presently own or may wish to collect. We hold eleven monthly meetings each year, during which various programs of an educational nature are held for the benefit of our membership and the general public. All meetings are open to the public and there is no charge for attendance.
We welcome and encourage anyone with an interest in numismatics, whether beginner or seasoned collector, to attend. Our monthly programs cover a wide range of topics and information levels. Present at every monthly meeting, in the form of our membership, is a great deal of numismatic experience and knowledge, and everyone is happy to share in a friendly, informal and collegial environment. So if you have curiosity about a particular topic or item(s) you may have, come on in!
Our meetings consist of a brief business meeting, an educational program and a numismatic auction. We especially encourage the participation of children in the hobby and want to extend a special invitation to those young people with an interest in collecting. Please, bring your Young Numismatists to an I.C.C. meeting! Adult annual membership dues are $20.00 per year, and junior membership is $5.00 per year (under 18 years old).
